Plectostoma turriforme (van Benthem Jutting, 1952)

Diagnostic description: 

“This new species and the three which are going to follow are the least deformed Opisthostoma which exist. With the exception of a slight deviation in the ultimate whorl they are in fact almost normal. The closest relative of O. (P.) turriforme is the following species, but our present species from Bukit Tenggek, in addition to the larger size and the greater number of whorls, is more steeply conical.” (Benthem-Jutting, 1952)
